Privacy Policy
Last updated 31 October 2026
This explains what the service stores about you and why. We keep it to what is needed to make the radio work.
What we store
- Your Discord details: your Discord user ID, username, display name and avatar, taken when you sign in with Discord. We only ask for the "identify" permission, so we never see your email, messages or servers.
- Your networks: the radio networks you create or join, their channel names, invite codes, and who is a member or admin.
- Device links: when you link the radio app, we keep a hashed token so the app stays signed in. We store only the hash, not the token itself.
- Sign-in cookie: one cookie keeps you signed in on the website. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
- Join attempts: to stop people guessing invite codes, we keep a scrambled (hashed) form of the IP address of failed join attempts for a short time. Wrong dispatch codes are limited the same way.
- Roblox link: if you link your Roblox account, we keep your Roblox user ID and username so your network can match you to the game.
- ER:LC server key: if a network owner adds their ER:LC server key, we keep it encrypted and use it only to read that server (players, teams, positions and vehicles) for the network's features.
- Reality Plus: payments are handled by Stripe. We keep your Stripe customer and subscription IDs and which networks your Plus slots are on. We never see or store your card details.
Dispatch and records (Plus networks)
Networks with Plus can use the dispatch panel. It stores what the network's dispatchers and officers type in: calls and call notes, roleplay records of characters (with citations, warrants and similar), vehicles, BOLOs, custom codes, and a log of plate checks (plate, who checked it, the result and when).
Records are linked to a Roblox username. When a network's ER:LC server key is set, players on the civilian team in that server get a record automatically, made from their public Roblox username, display name and user ID, and we note when they were last seen in the server. Pictures are loaded from Roblox's public avatar service and are not stored by us.
These records belong to the network that made them and can only be seen by that network's dispatchers and members. They are for roleplay. Don't put real-life personal information in them. Network owners can delete records from the dispatch panel, and deleting a network deletes all of its dispatch data.
Voice
Voice is passed live to the other people on your channel while you hold push-to-talk. We do not record it and we do not store it.
Who sees what
Other members of your network can see your Discord name and which channel you are on while you are connected. Network owners and admins can see the member list of their network. On a Plus network, dispatchers can also see your radio status and anything you add to calls or records. Nothing is sold or shared for advertising.
Where it is kept
The service runs on Cloudflare, which stores and processes the data above on our behalf. Payments for Plus are processed by Stripe.
Discord commands
When you use a /radio command, Discord sends us your Discord user ID so we can show you your own networks. Replies are visible only to you.
Deleting your data
Network owners can delete a network, which removes its channels and members. To remove your account entirely, contact us at [add your contact email here] and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date above will change too.
