RadioLink is now Reality SystemsNovember 2026
Same radio, same networks, new name. The radio is now Reality Radio, the dispatch panel is Reality CAD, and Plus is Reality Plus. Nothing changes for your network: your channels, members, codes and settings all carry over.
Dispatch and CAD with PlusOctober 2026
Networks with Reality Plus get a full dispatch panel at /dispatch. Dispatchers see every unit by channel, set statuses, send Alert, Pager and Emergency tones, call Signal 100, and talk and listen on any channel straight from the browser. Calls go to units' radios as NEW CALL, and OK marks them en route. Records use Roblox usernames with the person's avatar, an ID check card, and every civilian in your ER:LC server gets a record automatically. Plate checks read live vehicles from your ER:LC server and show the owner's Roblox account, and Traffic stop makes a call from a unit and a plate in one step. Every member can open the officer screen to see calls, look people up and run plates. The panel has its own sound effects for new calls, plate hits, panic, squelch and more, and each dispatcher picks which ones they hear. Owners turn it on in the dashboard's Dispatch tab.
Easier to read, easier to scrollOctober 2026
Bigger text on the radio screen. Scroll the screen with the mouse wheel or the arrows on the radio (up and down move through lists, left and right change a value). The radio size is now changed only with the arrows on the radio, from 70% to 150% on the vehicle radio and 70% to 140% on the handheld, and 100% is the comfortable default for each. The handheld screen has bigger text that fills the whole display. The top view now has a MENU key and arrow keys, a settings page on its screen (one big row at a time), a bigger PWR button, a cogwheel settings key, and its own size setting.
Radio Design Library and the Fire Theme PackOctober 2026
Network owners and admins can now pick a design for every radio on their network from the Design Packs tab. The Fire Theme Pack (lime green) is free for every vehicle, handheld and top view radio, and the DOT Theme Pack comes with Plus. On the vehicle radio, SWITCH THEME lets you try each design your network has. The Fire look is no longer decided by your ER:LC team.
