Terms of Service

These terms cover the radio app, the website and the Discord commands (together, "the service"). By signing in or using any of them, you agree to these terms.

What the service is

A free radio overlay for roleplay communities. You can create a private radio network, invite people with a code, and talk on shared channels. It is an independent project. It is not made by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Roblox or the makers of any game.

Your account

You sign in with Discord. You are responsible for what happens on your account and in any network you create. Network owners and admins decide who joins their network and can remove people from it.

Using it fairly

• Don't use the service to harass, threaten or abuse other people, or to share illegal content.
• Don't try to break, overload or get around the service, or guess invite codes.
• Don't record or share other people's voice without their agreement.

We may remove networks or accounts that break these rules.

Reality Plus

Plus is an optional paid extra for network owners, sold as a monthly or yearly subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Payments are handled by Stripe. Each purchase gives one Plus slot that you can switch on for a network you own. You can manage or cancel a subscription from the dashboard. When Plus ends, the network goes back to the free features: the dispatch panel and other Plus features stop working, and the data they hold is kept unless the network is deleted.

Dispatch and records

Records, ID cards, warrants and plate checks on the dispatch panel are for roleplay only. They are not real documents or real police records. Don't enter real-life personal information about anyone, and don't use the records to harass people.

Our code and content

The Reality Systems website, the Reality Radio app, the dispatch and CAD panel, their source code, designs, logos and artwork belong to Reality Systems and are protected by copyright. You may use the service as intended, but you may not copy, redistribute, resell, decompile, reverse engineer or make derivative works of any part of it, or pass it off as your own, without written permission. We may revoke access if you do.

Availability

The radio is free, and Plus extras are paid. The service is provided "as is", without any promise that it will always work. Features can change or stop. It is early access software, so expect rough edges.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses that come from using the service, including interruptions, lost messages or the conduct of other users.

Changes and contact
